| Terms and Conditions of Deposit for Saint Bernard Puppy We Carl and Pamela Gammans d/b/a Redoak Kennels, have received a deposit of one hundred US dollars ($250.00) from _____________________. The remaining balance of one thousand four hundred ($xxxxxxx) is due before delivery plus any and all shipping charges and other transportation expense. The deposit amount is for a Saint Bernard puppy produced by: _____________________ (Dam) and ___________________________(Sire). This deposit amount is non-refundable but may be transferred to another breeding of Redoak Kennels. Refund of deposit conditions: a) The litter is aborted b) False pregnancy c) Should the number of deposits exceed the number of pups born. d) If the litter is deemed un-healthy by us or our veterinarian. At three weeks of age the puppies will be available for viewing. Your pick will be made at that time. It is understood that your pick number is ___________ and we will contact you as soon as possible for your choice. | Conditions of Sale for Redoak Saint Bernard's Puppies AKC # ____________________ Micro Chip # ____________________ An Agreement made this __________day of _______________200 , in Barrington, NH, between Carl and Pamela Gammans d/b/a Redoak Kennels, hereinafter known as the breeder/seller, and _______________________________________________, hereinafter known as the buyer. Whereby title to a male/female Saint Bernard puppy, whelping date of ___________________ sired by _______________________________ and out of (the dam) _________________________________________ is granted. Breeder/seller will transfer new ownership of said dog to buyer, and will deliver to the buyer the duly completed AKC registration certificate on this dog, as well as a record of its medical history from birth to date of transfer. It is agreed between both/all parties that: The breeder guarantees the puppy to be in good health to the best of the breeder’s knowledge at the time of sale. The breeder makes no warranties as to the future condition or potential of the dog or bitch. It is understood that Redoak Kennel can not predict genetic issues that may arise in the future. As a professional breeding facility Redoak Kennels has spent a great deal of time and money evaluating its breed stock and has found the stock to be suitable for reproducing breed standard and healthy dogs and bitches. The buyer has ten (10) working days to take the dog to his/her veterinarian for a wellness check. If the veterinarian finds the puppy to be in poor health or not sound, and certifies his/her findings with a certificate, the buyer may return said dog to the breeder for a refund or replacement. The seller reserves the right to a second opinion of item #2 at a veterinarian of our choice at the sellers expense to confirm or dispute the finding of the buyer’s veterinarian. Should the 2nd opinion conflict with the first then a third option will be sought and the expense shall be split between both buyer and seller. The 3rd option will be final and both parties agree to accept his/her findings. Special Note: Section one of this contract does not include de-worming. General condition of sale A) Should, for any reason, the buyer no longer be able to take care of the dog, then the buyer agrees to contact the breeder and return said dog to them (the breeder). B) Under no circumstance is this dog be kept outside on a runner or chain. Nor shall this dog be allowed to live outside without a proper kennel appropriate in size for the needs of this breed. C) Buyer agrees not to give up or transfer ownership to any organization that will use the dog for any type of laboratory or non laboratory experiments. D) Under no circumstances shall this dog be trained as an attack or fighting dog whether for sport, home, or property protection. E) The dog is sold to the buyer under a limited registration. Meaning the dog must be spayed or neutered by the age of one. F) The buyer agrees to feed only the best quality foods in order to maintain good health and soundness. The buyer also agrees to provide the appropriate exercise that this dog needs. G) The owner/owners agree to put the dog on NuVet supplements to ensure a strong healthy dog. H) Should any one, or any combination, of these terms be broken then the breeder has full right to repossess said dog from the buyer. Repositions can occur at any time should any one of the a for mentioned terms be broken and may be carried out with, or without, notice. I) All puppies are sold on a limited registration unless breeding rights have been purchased. J ) Puppies must attend a basic obedience class within the first twelve months of their life. These condition are set forth for the dog’s protection, as well as the Saint Bernard breed and for the protection of both parties to this contract.
